スマホアプリでアプリ内課金を実装するのは結構面倒ですが、「RevenueCat」というツールを使うと、サブスクを中心としたアプリ内課金の管理を一元的にやってくれます。
ただし、この「RevenueCat」を使う場合は、管理機能をRevenueCatに外注するため、ユーザーの購入履歴のデータを「RevenueCat」が処理のために収集します。
そのため、FlutterのプロジェクトをAndroidアプリとしてリリースする場合は、以下の要領で、Google Play Consoleで「データセーフティ」の設定が必要になります。

１）Google Play Consoleから該当するアプリを選択
２）「アプリのコンテンツ」から「データセーフティ」を選択（対応未済の場合は「要注意」、設定済みの場合は「対応済み」にあります）
３）「次へ」を選択
４）以下の要領で「データの収集とセキュリティ」欄を入力
５）以下の要領で「データの種類」を設定（基本は「購入履歴」のみでOK)

６）５で設定した項目について、「データの使用と処理」を設定（「収集」だけでいい）

７）「ステータス」が完了になったら、「次へ」ボタンが押せるようになります。
８）保存して終了（必要あればそのあと「公開の概要」から審査に提出して下さい）
